Called for the purpose of approving amendments to the Book of Order and electing officers and remaining nominees to serve in several roles in Olympia Presbytery.
The 225th General Assembly (2022) approved 33 proposed amendments to the Book of Order - including replacement of the entire D-section, Discipline.

Thursday February 9th at 5 pm, the Zoom meeting will open at 5 pm for Conversation & Questions prior to the meeting that starts at 6 pm.
Proposed Process (to be approved at the meeting):
All items that can be agreed upon by unanimous consent will be handled first.
Proposed items that are objected to will automatically be tabled for consideration after all items that can be disposed of by unanimous consent are approved.
On items where debate is allowed comments will be limited to 3 minutes per item per person.
A total of 4 speakers will be heard on each item, alternating between pro and con speakers to the extend possible, unless the body votes to expand that number of speakers for a particular item. No speaker may speak more than once until everyone has had an opportunity to speak first.
A Meeting Materials Packet will be emailed to all registrants before the meeting. Materials will include Zoom links.
